We use your information to prepare a quote, schedule and confirm your detail, and communicate with you about your request. We may also keep basic records of completed work for our own business purposes.

Booking submissions are stored securely in the database that powers this website, with access restricted to Exemplary Shine. A copy of each submission is also emailed to us so we can respond to you quickly.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this website and deliver our email — and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

By submitting the booking form, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message, or email about your booking request. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing us.

We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and to maintain reasonable business records. You may ask us to delete it sooner.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
